The recent trends show the interconnection of PV system with electric grid. With this configuration issue harmonics comes into existence. mounting figure power-electronic instruments has formed considerable impression on power-quality supply. Harmonics deformations have conventionally been handled amid application passive-LC filters. Active Filter emerged as a good substitute for passive filters to reduce great extent it numerous benefits over former active filter’s most vital part is applied control strategies. Several researches are being under process advance functioning filter. One important requirements filter regulation DC link up capacitor voltage. Here voltage supervision done using PI controller. paper current compensation grid connected controller based Simulation outcomes shown which displays within IEEE boundaries.
